How Morning works
Follow Morning from your first briefing to departure. Select a step to explore the app’s flow.
You start the car. Morning listens for the ignition event and nothing else.
It waits three seconds so the car can settle first. The delay is yours to change.
Today’s plans from Google Calendar, when to leave, and what to bring.
Shift into Drive and Morning steps back to a single card you can read at a glance.
Designed for driving
Anything on screen while driving can be taken in within one to two seconds.
Large targets and short flows. No typing on the move.
Hear the briefing, or ask about your day out loud.
No autoplay and no scrolling text. One briefing, then out of the way.
Principles follow the public Pleos Connect UI Design Guide.
Same app, two moments
Parked: the full briefing, with your checklist and settings.
Built for Pleos Connect
Morning is designed around the public Pleos Connect SDK on Android Automotive OS. Each label shows where that part stands today.
Ignition and gear state open the briefing, then switch it to glance mode on the move.
The briefing can be spoken, so your eyes stay on the road.
One tap sends your first stop to the car’s navigation.
Ask what’s on today or what to bring, without taking a hand off the wheel.
Sign in once on your phone. Morning reads today’s events and nothing else.
Portrait or landscape, split or full width, night or day, English or Korean.
Building with Claude
We use Claude Code to develop Morning. We’re preparing Claude API integration for personalized daily briefings; it is not yet active in the app.
Claude Code is part of our software development workflow as we build Morning for Pleos Connect.
We plan to use Claude to turn calendar events and user-defined reminders into concise Korean-language briefings for the vehicle screen and voice output.
Briefings will be designed around connected calendar data and explicit reminders, with missing information clearly identified and preparation checklists kept under the user’s control.
